Shipping Policy (Delivery)

1 Delivery Times

Because items are shipped from our fulfilment partners, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the product and supplier, as shown on each product page and at checkout. We display realistic, supplier-specific estimates rather than a single blanket timeframe, and we'll email you tracking information once your order ships.

2 Delivery Costs

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £35; a flat delivery fee applies below that threshold, shown at checkout before you pay.

3 Delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate given at checkout, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier; you retain your legal right to cancel for undue delay under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see Section 4.1).

4 International Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
