Pawventure UK is a trading name operated by Bharat Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15888582). Verify our company record at Companies House.

1 Delivery Times and Dispatch Origin

Orders are dispatched by our network of UK and international fulfilment partners. The dispatch location varies by item and stock availability, so we do not represent every product as being warehoused or dispatched in the UK. Typical delivery within the United Kingdom takes 7–15 business days. The applicable estimate is shown on product pages and at checkout. We'll email tracking information when it becomes available after dispatch.

2 Delivery Costs

Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £35 or more. Orders below £35 are charged a flat £3.99 delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

3 Delays

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimate given at checkout, contact us and we will investigate with the fulfilment partner. This does not affect your statutory rights.
