Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £35; a flat delivery fee applies below that threshold. Returns & exchanges
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and request a return, no reason needed. Once we receive the item back, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll cover the return postage.
